Add night mode toggle

Description

When watching TV at night the default screen brightness can be a bit jarring, but you don't want to just adjust the picture controls to make the screen dim because that will mean having to undo the adjustments later. This feature allows you to toggle between normal and dimmer 'night mode'.

Note: At the moment the adjustments are hidden DB settings, once I've settled on a good values I will hard-code them.
