Description

When playback is paused within or at the start of a cut region, there is a "-v playback" storm of "Tracker wants to jump" log messages. This happens when inside a cut region in the cutlist editor, or while an end-of-recording dialog is displayed for a recording that ends in a final cut region.

Don't repeatedly query the DeleteMap? tracker while paused.
