Forget Old in mythweb doesn't work

Description

Using v0.25pre-4634-g0e98fa2 the "Forget Old" button that is available when viewing an recorded episode's details in MythWeb doesn't actually make the scheduler forget it was recorded.

The corresponding functionality in the front-end does work verifying this is a problem with MythWeb itself.

In 988923a471926b2e70dd82445836011694a2a0b8/mythweb:

use same query in Program.php and recordinginfo.cpp

the old code only matched via the triple title/subtitle/description
while the matching in libmythtv also uses programid etc
