PiP initially shows black window only.

Description
When I open PiP, it always shows black window only. If I toggle between the screens (by pressing N), PiP starts to work properly.
This issue affects both, videos and LiveTV.

that should be fixed in current master (if using openGL, vdpau or vaapi)
