Antonio, I've converted the Spanish (es_es) Mythweb files to UTF8, as they apparently were in ISO8859. I'm fairly sure I got it right, but I would appreciate if you could check if it looks correct in Mythweb. It's especially the regional characters which are likely to cause issues - ñ, í, ó, á, etc.

If everything looks good, I can backport the changes to 0.25-fixes.
