Description

Per the mythtv-user mailing list discussion (​http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/518102#518102), I would like to request an 5.1 audio upmixing variation which simply copies the front channels to the corresponding rear channels, and performs a simple stereo->mono blend to the center and LFE channels.

In 01048d814b7ee63177c73411899fcdef00f0ef0d/mythtv:

Add Hall type audio upmixing.

For stereo content: left is sent to left channels, right to right channels and a slight bias to center channel. Power levels are kept the same from original content.

Re-enable passive audio upmixing, old code was incorrect
