Description

ffmpeg still tries to compile crystalhd when mythtv doesn't want/need it.

In f60a7065587180b3ea306a0908100ec2e45d2b95/mythtv:

Video decoders are enabled by default, so we should document only how to disable them, not how to enable them

Fixes #10813
