Clock Doesn't Update

Description

I'm running the trunk as of 6/24/2012 and noticed the time display doesn't update, it stays at the original time the frontend was invoked. The date does seem to advance. My theme is Terra 1.4.

I don't recall seeing this with trunk builds a few weeks ago.
