Untranslatable strings

Description

Hi,

There are some untranslatable strings in FE:

  • "unrecoverable error" (User Job exit error) in Information Center -> Machine
  • "Repeats:" in Schedule Recording options.
  • "Listen to Radio Stream / Play Radio Streams" in Media Library menu.

In 7b81b2a87f23958a9709a4dd13b3175df9ae5204/mythtv:

Make translatable MythTranscode? strings which should have been
translatable.

Closes #10972
