Certain Recordings Don't Playback

Description

I've seen at least 2 recordings, since 0.26, that couldn't play back in mythfrontend. When I select them, the "Please Wait..." dialog box appears for approximately 10-15 seconds, then it simply disappears and I'm back to the watch recordings screen again. Very rarely, it's caused a segfault. I'm attaching the mythfrontend log and I also have a 20MB sample of the beginning of the recording. The recording is an MPEG2 recording from a QAM tuner and plays back fine in other players.

Please close this, as I haven't seen any other recordings occur that couldn't be played back. I also no longer have the original recordings to test, but please feel free to use the sample I sent to regression test against 0.27 if you'd like.
