In group filter the 'All Programs' is never selected

Description 

If you go into Watch recording, press M, Select 'Change Group Filter'

'All Programs' is not highlighted when it should be.

If you switch to a different filter it get's selected when you enter the screen, then if you change it back to 'All Programs' it is not selected/highlighted.

(In [8886]) Fixes #1228.

Mostly documents the code and cleans up PlaybackBox::showRecGroupChooser(), but also includes a quick hack that makes the highlighting look the same when "All Programs" is the current recGroup.
