fix mythtv to support the release version of lcdproc

Description

lcdproc 0.5 was released on 2006-04-15.

There is a bug in mythtv where it improperly detects what version of lcdproc is running. As a result, mythtv breaks with the release version of lcdproc.

The following patch fixes mythtv.
