Description
Now that we have guide grabbers that suggest the best time to grab the next data, mythwelcome also needs to use this.
Suggested by Cecil Watson (of KnoppMyth? fame :-)

Paul's assumption is correct. We want the next scheduled wakeup time to make allowances for grabbers' sugested time.
I still don't have a working sleep/mythwelcome rig to play with this. Does anyone else have time/motivation?

The only time mythwelcome runs mythfilldatabase is when asked to do so by the user selecting that option from the popup menu. Is it not safe to assume if the user selected the option then he/she wants to run mythfilldatabase regardless?
I understand you probably want to obey the suggested time from datadirect but the nature of a system running mythwelcome means the system may not be up when that time comes.
I don't use datadirect myself so I'm not bothered what you do for datadirect users :-) but I'd still like the option to run mfdb from the mythwelcome menu for other grabbers when I choose rather than when myth thinks I should.
