Video mode not set back properly from EPG if no channel change.

Description

Using xrandr feature of mythtv puts video mode of display device to 1080i or 720p override while watching HDTV. EPG and SDTV are set to resolution 800x600. Going into EPG and doing nothing but hitting ESC doesn't restore last video mode, so 1080i content for example gets displayed 800x600 therefore greatly spilling off the screen. Going to main menu and back in is needed to reset mode.

Fixed by danielk in r16028. Fix is also in trunk.
