Ubuntu debs and automated build script - request to check into svn/contrib

Description

tarball is attached that contains:

  1. make.sh script that can check-out from svn and build whole suite into debian packages
  2. mythtv/debian
  3. mythplugins/debian
  4. myththemes/debian

debian scripts are based on official mythbuntu debian release for 0.20-fixes branch, but updated for svn/trunk, up to changeset:14158. Also some of changes from mythbuntu-trunk effort are merged, and then some additional improvements done.

*/debian/patches are probably only of value to ubuntu, but there are many helper scripts that wrap mythtv into more user-friendly suite.

Please check the files from tarball into trunk/contrib/ perhaps under ./ubuntu/ or ./debian/.
