seqfault in frontend

Description

I recently rebuilt my frontend with new hardware and as a diskless box. Since the rebuild I have been getting random segfaults in mythfrontend when exiting recordings or videos. It doesn't happen everytime, probably once every 8 times exiting watching a recording.

I just updated to latest svn (14785) but am still getting the issue. I have attached the mythfrontend log as well as a backtrace. Let me know if you need further details.

(In [15778]) Fixes #4120. Employ a little bit more care in deleting OSD & other NVP components.
