Apply RTL Group EIT fixup from #2745 to more DVB-T transports

Description

german DVB-T in the Rhein-Main area has the same EIT, so apply the fix there, too. (and apply it also to the transport for NRW and Bremen) (I put stuarta on CC as he commited the fix from #2745)
