Add Channel Icon Field to MythWeb UI for TV Setup

Description

For those who have difficulty with the channel icon scripts, or want high resolution icons (my case), it would be great to have a field for entering file paths to channel icons in the TV settings from the MythWeb UI. Entering those manually through mythtv-setup gets old really fast! A small feature like this would be greatly appreciated!

Handled by services.mythtv.org... As soon as the backend can be made to download specific icon URLs, I will write a mythweb interface for it.
