Swap PIP/Main restarts playback

Description

When using the swap PIP/Main feature, the playback of the PIP starts again from the beginning, instead of continue playing from the point when windows are swapped.

First of all, sorry for the delay. I recently upgraded to Mythtv 0.21-fixes and now it's working fine. Thank you!
