Configurable action when exiting mythmusic

Description
Currently, exiting the mythmusic plugin normally (via the escape key) while music is playing will prompt you to stop playback or allow it to continue playing. Exiting via a jumppoint will automatically stop music playback.
This patch allows you configure it to always stop or always continue playing on exit. If you set it to always continue playing, it will do so even if you exit via a jumppoint.

(In [17823]) Make the action on exiting MythMusic configurable.
You can have it prompt you what to do, always continue playing, or always stop playing. Additionally if continue playing is set and a jump point is triggered MythMusic will continue playing whereas before it would always stop playing.
Patch from Ron Frazier. Fixes #5008.
