LCDServer: Option to shown only time or only date

Description

This patch allows one to customize whether only the date or only the time is shown on the LCD. Currently both date and time is shown. I have a 9 character display, which the full date/time does not fit and gets cutoff. So I select time only.

Bill thanks for the patch. Any chance you could rework it so it doesn't add a new setting? I'm thinking the 'Display Time', 'Display Date' and 'Display Large Clock' could all be rolled into a single setting using a combobox to choose what to display. Something like:-

Show Time Only
Show Big Time Only
Show Date Only
Show Date and Time
