Rev >= 17160, mythtv-setup fails to set up a new database

Description

With current trunk, starting with an empty database, mythtv-setup fails to set up the database. I find that <=17159 works, 17160 and beyond fails.

At <​http://www.graggrag.com/?q=node/8> there's the mythtv-setup logs for two sessions using revs 17159 and 17243, and also the mysql log.

$ mysql --version mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.51a, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2

I've just tried this again at rev 17937 and it worked just fine. I'd say close this ticket as "works for me too".
