More features for upcoming recordings page

Description

This patch adds a few features to the upcoming recordings page which I find very useful, namely:

new (optional) columns:

original airdate

syndicated episode number

recording group

new display criteria, modeled after the recordings page:

show only episodes of a particular recording group

show only episodes of a particular title

display 'HD' icon in the title field

display number of stars for movies in the the title field

also fixes two minor issues:

setting default column view, 'recdate' incorrectly substituted for 'recording date'

use count of displayed columns to correctly set the colspan of the list_separator td

(In [17728]) Fixes #5496, this adds in a few new optional columns into the upcomming recordings page, adds in rec group and title filters (ala recorded). Thanks Bradley
