[PATCH] Show channel name always, if more than one line available on LCD

Description

Show channel name all the time and display the subtitle/program name below that, if the used LCD device supports more than 1 line.

Made this as I see no use to keep one line free and not allow to see the current channel from the screen.

The bottom line always shows the progress bar so this patch is incorrect.
