IMDb poster download fix

Description

IMDb have changed the layout of their poster page which means downloading hi-res posters from impawards.com is broken.

The attached patch fixes this.

After further testing this seems to be the best fix

Hopefully the final patch. As well as previous fix for impawards, this also adds support for grabbing posters from MoTechPosters?.

Can confirm this works great w/Myth 0.21. Just had to delete existing .jpg files in ~/.mythtv/MythVideo and redownload, they are all HQ now :) Thank you!

  • Fixes direct result searches (patch from brandons).
  • Make searching for a better poster not fatal.
