Description
On some recordings there are often false marked short commercials mostly at the end of the show. So you missed the end and have to skip backwards manually. With this patch you can adjust that commercials smaller than the configured limit will not be automatically skipped.

Wouldn't it be smarter for commercial detection to do a better job with those instead?

This needs to either be implemented in the commercial flagger as hardcoded sanity check or improvements made to the commercial detection to prevent false flags in the first place.
