Fix mythcommflag --rebuild on h264 recordings

Description

For the TS recordings made by my R5000 box, the seektable gets made properly during initial recording, but if I run mythcommflag --rebuild on the recordings, the seektable gets completely hosed (1hr recording shows up as 7 minutes, ff/rew aren't reliable)

This patch against stable patches avformatdecoder to process H264 frames in a similar way to how it's done in dtvrecorder's FindH264KeyFrames
