Description

A small patch to re-enable the "Play from..." popup dialog.

Allows the user to choose to play from the bookmarked position or the beginning of the file.

(In [20776]) Refs #6254. Fixes bookmark retrieval when using "Play from..."

If there is a bookmark set and the file is played from the beginning, bookmark retrieval would be disabled for that recording.

Fix by always enabling bookmark retrieval after the initial bookmark check is done.
