Mythbackend deadlocks in TvRec-class

Description
I have attached a full backtrace of the current SVN head version of mythbackend that seems to deadlock once or twice a day completely. I'll try to pinpoint the exact reason and or patch for the problem now when I have a proper backtrace of the original problem to show.

This patch seems to fix the deadlocks for me.

I have been running the attached tv_rec.patch for 2 weeks now without any deadlocks. My system consists of three dvb-t pci cards and commercial flagging is enabled. Without the patch the backend deadlocked once per day or two.

I have been "beta-testing" these fixes for over a week and can only second and confirm that system works better with these fixes. Please consider adding to mainstream.
