Theme error: Unknown widget type in Metallurgy DVD import and CD import

Description

When using Metallurgy I can't access the DVD import or CD import screens. The logs indicate these have a Theme error or "Unknown widget type" TO reproduce

  1. Set theme to Metallurgy
  2. Go to "Optical Disks" menu
  3. Select "Import DVD"

(In [23631]) Fix #7854 by removing the old-style screens for the DVD and CD import screens in Metallurgy. In the strictest sense, the 'real' fix to this ticket is to complete the theme, but this will at least allow one to fall back to default-wide for these screens.
