AVI-file plays very fast

Description

The MythVideo? plays this ​avi-file very fast. It seems like very fast slideshow. I tested it in 0.22-trank version.

I tested it in 0.22-trunk version (23211) in Linux (the Internal Player).

I've debugged this problem and found no issues with the MythTV player code. The FFmpeg avi demuxer for this file appears problematic with 0.22-fixes.

The next FFmpeg sync has been verified to fix the problem and this ticket should be closed as a result.
