Focus issue when running mythwelcome + mythfrontend

Description

When running both mythwelcome and mythfrontend on a combined frontend/backend system there is some sort of focus issue:

Both applications receive the LIRC key presses (i.e. when navigating around in the menu of mythfrontend with OK, mythwelcome would run the FEStartCmd every time you press OK).

The attached patch ignores keypresses when the window is not active. Against 0.22-fixes, but should apply to trunk as well.
