Change the order of items in the video menu

Description

The video menu which can be displayed when a dvd is inserted has what appear to be the most likely menu items to use (at least to me)near the bottom of the list.

This patch moved play dvd,play vcd,rip dvd, eject dvd to the top of the menu. Unless #8045 is applied this menu isnt displayed on dvd insertion though, and i dont think it is used anywhere else any more

I just don't like this one. This menu is also visible when you start the plugin from the command line, and the video management/playback portions are far more prevalent/likely to be what is sought than disk playback.
