FreeBSD compile fixes for mythmusic

Description

MythMusic needs the attached patch to actually compile correctly on FreeBSD. Otherwise it complains about undefined structs and so on - i can get the exact output if needed.

Except this build problem mythmusic is working fine on FreeBSD :o)
