Description

All events will only play back to frame 10, even if more are available. Able to view full event from zoneminder

Work fine here. Can you please run mythzmserver with -v/--verbose flag and attach log here.

Same issue here, just giving mythzoneminder a try. In myth, is shows x/55 frames (they should be 600). It plays up to 25 frames before stalling.
