Description
As described in http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/464548 there seems to be a problem with playing back certain recordings from DVB-T, at least in the UK. These recordings are the ones either at the beginning or the end of when a channel switches to another than "timeshares" the same slot. 0.22 and earlier handled this situation fine, but 0.23 and 0.24 do not. For more details, please see the thread linked above.

Pretty sure this shouldn't have gone to stuartm

A file for testing what I believe is the same issue can be found at: http://garbo.alstadheim.priv.no/midtnytt-eksempel.mpg
I believe this issue may be the same as I have had, see http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/6703 . Later versions of 0.24 did work. Current head (ubuntu with deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/mythbuntu/0.25/ubuntu oneiric main in sources) crash when playing back the new sample above.

I'm not sure if the issue I'm seeing is the same as hakon's, but just to say that I'm still seeing the issue as described with the latest 0.24-fixes (mythbuntu packages).

Mark, this may not be an issue with trunk. I appears the sample is still available and this is most likely a video decoding or video playback issue.

Just for the record: current trunk is working on norwegian DVB-T with the samples I have put up. I'll leave the most recent samples on my server, and that server is now on a 25Mbit link :-)

Thanks Hakon. I'll close this as fixed. This won't be backported to 0.24.
