MythBackend on OSX doesn't create preview images

Description

MythWeb was no longer showing the preview images in the Recorded Programs and logs indicated that mythpreviewgen couldn't be found. Coping mythpreviewgen from the MythFrontend bundle to the MythBackend? bundle fixed it.

I usually test on Mac OS with the frontend, so didn't realise this was broken. Fixed in ​96222a6df and ​ed806991e. Thanks Brtny!
