Frontend hang after viewing hulu video

Description

I searched hulu using under the "Search Internet" menu option for "top shot". Viewed a video most of the way through, including adjusting the volume and making it full screen (both with a mouse). I eventually hit the stop button on my remote was was rewarded with a completely blank and black screen.

frontend log shows never ending "Failed to create OpenGL texture." At least it is only 20-something log entries per minute rather than per second.
