spiderman dvd menu doesn't work correctly

Description

SpiderMan? Italian dvd (as ISO): dvd menu shows up, but the menuitem select indicator doesn't move at all. It's possible to select the various items , though you don't have the visual feedback, mythtv 0-24-fixes.

This might be fixed in master where Mark has applied some fixes to menu rendering.
