video metadata settings perform metadata update after video scan textarea too narrow

Description

textarea is too narrow and truncates the text in the description "Peform metadata update after video scan" on 800x600 displays

I will make a pull request on github and attach this ticket number to it.

made "Perform metadata update after video scan" field wider so text is not truncated (cherry picked from commit c5f8db2dc8e78bada58b1fd438bb91a0091b6ace)
