This looks to be in the video decoding. Could just be a pathologically bad source file?

Not much to debug from. You really need to use a profile or debug build, not a release build. Without the full backtrace, there's not much likelihood that this will get fixed other than by some stroke of luck.
Looks like some sort of memory corruption, could be a real issue, could be bad handling of a corrupted file.
