HDHomeRun EU uses OFDM frequency tables even when configured for QAM

Description
The EU edition of HDHomeRun works perfectly fine with DVB-C in MythTV when manually configured with a "Full Scan (Tuned)". However the "Full Scan" procedure for DVB-C doesn't work, as MythTV always uses the OFDM/DVB-T frequency tables, even when it has been setup as DVB-C and hence should be using the QAM/DVB-C frequency tables.
Tested with both the 1st and 2nd generation HDHomeRun EU, with no difference.
