Attached patch makes the following widgets optional (as discussed in #mythtv-theming)

coverart_text, screenshot_text, banner_text, fanart_text, trailer_text, coverart_button, banner_button, fanart_button, screenshot_button, trailer_button

Make artwork edit UI elements optional on video metadata edit screen.

As discussed in #mythtv-theming, themes that don't use artwork shouldn't be required to define artwork related buttons or text UI elements on the video metadata edit screen. This commit makes those elements optional rather than requiring the themer to define elements for things they don't even use.

Closes #10372 using patch from toeb on #mythtv-theming.
