auto-transcode does not auto-transcode [dvb] (svn 8625)

Description

In dvb, even if you set the 'auto transcode' flag in the dvb recording profile, it is necessary to explicitly enable transcoding for every item you want to record.

To reproduce, set the auto transcode flag. Go to the EPG, enter a program, set it to record, goto Post Recording Processing, and observe that it is by default set to "Do not transcode new recordings".

Maybe this was intentional but it is a little counterintuitive.

There is a difference between "Allow auto-transcode" on a recording profile and "Enable auto-transcode" on a specific recording and the bug reporting engine is not a place for this discussion.

A quick search on Trac (upper-right corner of screen) nearly instantly revealed [6495], which explains very clearly the motivation behind this design.
