Description

Hi, i'm using SUSE 10 and the 2.6.13-15.7 kernel. My tv-card is a Nebula DigiTV PCI and i'm using the default kernel-modules: bttv, nxt6000 and dvb-bt8xx

When using mythtv 0.19-svn this failure occurs rather frequently (my observation):

This failure doesn't occur or at least clearly more infrequently with version 0.18.2. when this failure occured the driver is blocked and i've to restart dvb-bt8xx-module to reactivate DVB. I don't know if this has something to do with mythtv but this is my observation and assumption. My last svn-update had been on january 16.

thanks in advance

Post "observation and assumption"s to the mailing lists. User level applications don't cause kernel or driver bugs, they only trigger them. Your issue is with kernel.org or bytesex.org.
