in "previous episodes", supress title when everything has the same title

"upcoming epsidoses" does not list the title for title match recording schedules, which I would guess are the most common type. This patch supresses the display of the title when the titles all match. When the title is supressed, "sort by title" is based on the subtile alone (more extensive changes to sorting are in my next trac entry)

Deferring for now. By itself, this is a good idea but raises all the issues. in [1083]. The previouslist was exclusively the Previously Recorded page until recently. The "List previous episodes" from a recording rule options page may only have one title but unlike the proglist, the header does not say that this is a list for one title. It may not actually be useful to have episodes sorted by subtitle anyway.

This can and should be done a little differently with mythui and the patch is probably far too old to apply. For that reason I'm closing as invalid.
