Video Gallery redraw flicker

Description

When browsing a video collection using the Video Gallery the screen flickers moving from one item to the next, complete screen redraw without double buffering I assume. (same for OpenGL or QT renderer, theme=MythCenter?-Wide 1.6)

Same problem exists in 0.26 with mythcenter-wide 1.7

Fixed in 0.27, but likely won't be backported as 0.27 release is around the corner.
