Description
I've got left handed eyes. I mean I like to view light text on dark background and the rest of the world doesn't/ I'm using 'xcalib -i -a' on Linux and NegativeScreen on Windows to view the world my way and I am happy.
Except for mythweb which must have been coded by another lefty. I've made a new skin which is a copy of the default skin with all the colours inverted.
Could this be added to mythweb so I don't have to do the same everytime I upgrade?
Patches to 0.26-fixes are attached, hopefully it won't be too different to 0.27.

The actual inversion of colours. Hopefully someone will spot any I've missed.

Given Mythweb is EOL, I'm closing new features. This should be done via the backend webserver now.
Copy of all .css files, hopefully git will work out this is a copy.
