Daniel, it's the static 'device_ok' in ivtvdecoder that's causing this. Probably will break other stuff as well.

    21Under TV settings / General playback, setting the "Use the PVR-350's TV out" option does not effect output.  Myth still pumps TV out to the PVR's mpeg decoder, instead of to XV.
