Description
This is following up from the request on the -dev list.
Refreshing the situation: HLS transcodes using the internal audio encoder fail when the source has AC3 audio.
Streaming the 61MB mpeg file at http://goo.gl/8OYIS will exhibit the problem.

I believe this was fixed by 3c8f209d3 by jyavenard earlier today. I can now successfully playback a HLS stream of a recording with AC3 audio using the libfaac AAC encoder.
